Pricing
Card Care Lab service pricing is based on the grading level selected. Grading company fees, return shipping, and any grading company upcharges are additional unless otherwise stated.

Card Care Lab handles the grading company submission process and organization.
Return Coordination
Once orders are complete, Card Care Lab coordinates payment, shipping, and return options.
Advanced Prep Service
Most cards only require our standard preparation service. However, cards with more significant defects or that require substantially more time may qualify for our Advanced Prep Service.
We will always discuss the recommendation with you before any additional charges are applied. Advanced Prep starts at $25 per card and depends on the amount of time and work required.
Our Submission Process
1. Submit
Complete the submission form and securely send your cards.
2. Inspection
Your cards are received, reviewed, and documented by video.
3. Preparation
Approved cards are prepared and organized for submission.
4. Grading
Your order is submitted and tracked throughout the grading process.
5. Return
Your completed order is securely packaged and returned to you.
From the moment your package arrives until your graded cards are safely returned, Card Care Lab keeps you informed through your customer account and email status updates.
Return Shipping & Insurance
Return shipping is charged separately. Signature confirmation is included when required, and shipments may be insured through Card Care Lab’s private insurer up to $25,000, subject to a $500 deductible assumed by the customer unless additional coverage is requested.
